Frederick Robert Kaiser
Frederick Robert Kaiser, son of Robert Frederick Kaiser and Mary A. Wolf, was born 11 Jul 1886 in Cincinnati, Hamilton CO, OH, died 20 Oct 1969, Hastings, St Johns CO, FL, married 20 Jan 1914 Hastings, St Johns CO, FL to Georgia Anna Dancy, dau of Edward Dummitt Dancy and Sallie Champion, born 13 Nov 1892, FL, died 29 Apr 1971, Putnam CO, FL.
Mr Kaiser is not found in the 1910 census record of this area Flagler County, however he resided here prior to 1913 as shown by the following excerpt from the Bunnell Home Builders of Aug 1913, "Under the efficient management of Mr Fred Kaiser, the Bunnell Meat and Ice Company opened their doors for business Monday morning in the Willingham Market on Moody Boulevard. They will remain in this building for the next two weeks when they will move into their commodious quarters in the new Tribune Building. It is the intention of this company to immediately put on a regular meat and ice wagon and deliver meats and ice to DuPont, Bulow, St. Joseph, Sapplings and other nearby points." In the issue of Oct 1913 was this account, "Among the new dwelling houses that will be erected in Bunnell within the next two months are those of Fred R. Kaiser"
However it is doubtful that his house was built for his father who died on the 25 Nov 1913 and he returned to Hastings to assume the operation of the cold storage plant his father had built in 1905 which contained refrigerated coolers, an ice plant and a meat market.
According to family legend, his father was connected with the Ice Company and Meat Market in Bunnell. Fred Kaiser's son, Edward D. Kaiser, says he remembers his father talking of working and staying with Collins Bankston in Bunnell. Fred Kaiser operated a meat market and grocery store in Hastings for many years. Mr and Mrs Kaiser were the parents of four children;

He was representative of Life of Ga Insurance Co until his retirement. They were affiliated with the First Baptist Church of Hastings where Evelyn was organist for 41 years. Issue;

3. Frederick Robert Kaiser Jr, born 04 Apr 1922, Hastings, St Johns CO, FL, died 25 Jan 1994, DeLand, Volusia CO, FL, married Helen J. Faircloth, born 23 Oct 1925.
He moved to DeLand and was owner of the Kaiser, Buick, Pontiac, and GMC dealership there. He served in the Coast Guard during WW II, was a member of the Baptist Church, former member Masonic Lodge and the Shrine. Issue;
