Chris Kilper and William Kilper

Chris Kilper and his brother William Kilper are found on page 32 of the 1920 census of Flagler County with their occupation given as "Farmer," with their mother, Annie who is listed as a widow. They resided in the Black Point area of Flagler County.

According to several articles in the Bunnell Home Builder the brothers came to Florida in the spring of 1913 and bought farm land and returned on the 20th Oct 1914 from Iowa to reside in Flagler County. After clearing their land they planted a variety of vegetables for market and also had the usual farm animals.

Their mother, Annie LNU, was born Dec 1847, Germany and died 25 April 1928, Black Point, Flagler CO, FL. She is buried in Hope, now Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens, Flagler CO, FL (unmarked). Issue;

1. Christopher (Chris) Kilper, born 20 Nov 1882, PA, died Apr 1966, St Johns CO, FL. In 1900, he and his mother and brother are in PA. He is listed as a Railroad Worker. In 1910 he is in Iowa working as a fireman for a coal mine.

2. William Henry (Bill) Kilper, born 28 Feb 1883, PA, died 23 Aug 1961, St Augustine, St Johns CO, FL, buried Hope, now Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens, Flagler CO, FL (unmarked).
