Ellis Biddle

Yeoman and Mrs. ELLIS BIDDLE are the parents of a son born on January 17th in Elizabeth City, N. C. Ellis is a yeoman in the navy and has been at Elizabeth for a year. (Guess that experience as "singing leader" Ellis received in the Scout troop here will come in handy now-eh, fellas?)
