WOUNDED SOLDIER IN TEXAS HOSPITAL

In a story received from the public relations office of McCloskey General Hospital at Temple, Texas, Pfc. HENRY E. MELVIN, Negro soldier of Bunnell, is a patient there.

The public relations office said he, among others, "recently returned from active duty over seas." Cause of hospitalization was not given.

It was reported here, however, that MELVIN received a severe hand wound.
