SON SENDS V-MAIL CHRISTMAS CARD

Dr. J. E. Rose here has received a much prized Christmas card from one of his soldier sons who is in the Southwest Pacific.

The son, HOWARD, drew, with apologies to Walt Disney, his version of Donald Duck speaking Christmas greeting to Dr. Rose. The picture was made on V-mail stationery and is excellent work. The other son, also in the army but a causality from Guadalcanal early this year, is now located in the States, being in and out of the hospital, but is reported about ready for duty again.
