Jack Loraine Booth, 33, of Bunnell, was killed instantly about 2:15 Wednesday morning when a car, which he was driving, failed to make the curve at Korona. Mr. Booth, alone, was returning home from a Mechanics Service School in Daytona Beach when' the accident: occurred.

Highway Patrolman John F. Worden said the car skidded off the pavement about 70 feet before overturning four times. Mr. Booth was thrown from the car onto the pavement, killing him instantly.

Mr. Booth was a native of Waycross, Ga., and had resided here about a year and a half. He was parts manager for Bunnell Timber Company.

He is survived by his wife, Mary, and one daughter, Debbie, and one son, Jack L. Jr., of Bunnell; his mother, Mrs. J. B. Booth, and his grandmother, Mrs. Ida Sweat of Waycross, Ga.; four sisters, Mrs. Phillip Johnson of Flagler Beach; Mrs. Harold Kennedy and Mrs. H. S. Boyington of Waycross; and Mrs. John Tischler of Waco, Texas; two brothers, W. T. Booth of Jacksonville and James B. Booth of Waycross.

The body will lie in state at the Chapel of Baggett-McIntosh in Daytona Beach from 11 A. M. until 2 P. M. today (Thursday). Funeral services will be in Waycross with the day and time to be announced later.
