Funeral services for Mrs. Signora "Nora" Springer Bowles, 98, widow of A.V. Bowles were on Oct. 5 at the Stowers Chapel with the Rev. John A. Briley, former pastor of Brandon Church officiating, assisted by the Rev. Gordon Strickland, pastor of the Brandon Church and. the Rev. Howren Norton, pastor from Tampa.

Casket bearers were Robert Harold and Henry Moeller, John A. Briley Jr., Brice N. Moeller, and Larry Olds.

A native of Missouri and former resident of Tampa, Mrs. Bowles had resided in Flint, Mich. for the past 50 years.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Gladys Briley, Brandon, one son, Glen G. Bowles, Davison, Mich., two granddaughters, Mrs. Bruce Moeller, Brandon, Mrs. Dave French, Lansing, Mich.; two grandsons, William Bowles, Davison, Mich., and Reverend Briley, Jacksonville; 12 great grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Arrangements were by Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon.
