Mrs. Ethel Bray, wife of James Bray of Bunnell, passed away Saturday evening at the local hospital after a long illness. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bunnell and had resided here for the past eight years, coming here from Jacksonville. She was 65 years of age.

Funeral services was held at 3:30 Monday afternoon from the First Baptist Church with the pastor, Rev. Thomas Pinner, Jr., officiating. He was assisted by Rev. Everett Babb of the Beach Baptist Church of Daytona.

Interment followed at the Espanola Cemetery. Pallbearers were Homer Brooks, Clyde Lewis, Bion Matherly, A. M. McDaniel, Raymond Smith and L. E. Wadsworth.

Survivors include her husband, James Bray of Bunnell; three daughters, Mrs. Ann Lindsay of Jacksonville; Mrs. Hattie Mae Parker and Mrs. Ethel Miller of Fernandina; one step­daughter, Mrs. Laveda Kieffer of Miami. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Arrangements were under direction of Craig Funeral Home of Bunnell.
