Mrs. Edna E. Anderson, 81, of 56 S. Whitney St., St. Augustine, died Saturday at Flagler Hospital there.

Mrs. Anderson was the mother of Mrs. C. H. (Thera) Cowart of Bunnell. Other survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Effie Hope, Gainesville; one son, Cecil Anderson, St. Augustine; one sister, Mrs. Ester Railey, Panama City; three brothers, Albert and Alvin Brett, both of Bonifay, and Hubert Jacobs, Plains, Texas.

Mrs. Anderson was born in Bonifay and moved to St. Augustine in 1935. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Church in St: Augustine.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at Craig Chapel in St. Augustine. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery. Officiating were the Revs Charles Falkwer and David Tompkins of the Jehovah's Witnesses Church.
