B. F. Burgher, who has for several years owned and operated a restaurant and filling station on Dixie highway here, died suddenly last Sunday morning, death being attributed to heart disease.

Mr. Burgher, who was 64 years old, suffered a severe heart attack about one month ago but recovered and was as well as usual when he retired Saturday night. Mrs. Burgher said that she arose about seven o'clock Sunday morning while Mr. Burgher was still asleep. Before she finished dressing she heard him struggling, and upon entering the bedroom found her husband face down dying.

The deceased was born and reared in New York state, living for many years at Liberty, N. Y., and from which place he came to Flagler County nine years ago, residing first at Espanola, moving to Bunnell about seven years ago.

Surviving are his widow of Bunnell; one daughter, Mrs. John McDole of Ellenville, N. Y.; one sister, Mrs. E. T. Angevine of LambertviIle, N. J., and one brother, Sime Burgher of Pennsylvania.

The body was placed in. charge of Baggett-Wetherby in Daytona Beach and was shipped back to his home in New York, Tuesday, the body being accompanied by Mrs. Burgher and .her son, Vernon Brown. Funeral services were to be held there.
