Hoyt Chambers, 73, of Clermont, Ga., and father of Travis Chambers of Bunnell, died at his home in the Georgia city Monday afternoon, after an illness of several years.
Mr. Chambers left here Tuesday to attend the funeral which was held in Clermont Wednesday.
Survivors in addition to his wife are four daughters, Mrs. Ruth Salors, Elajay, Ga.; Mrs. Edna Freeman, LaGrange, Ga.; Miss Willie Chambers, Atlanta, Ga.; Mrs. Hilda Wilson, Washington, D. C.; four sons, Owen and Lester Chambers, Dahlonega, Ga.; Herman, Clermont, Ga., and Travis Chambers of Bunnell. Also surviving are several grand and great-grandchildren.
