John Henry Chandler of Jacksonville died at his home there May 21, following a brief illness, it was learned here this week.

Mr. Chandler is survived by his widow, Mrs. Kathleen Chandler and one-year-old son. Mrs. Chandler, before her marriage, was Miss Kathleen Walker of Bunnell.

Funeral services were held at Chandler's former home in Bamberg, S. C.
