John T. Cobb, 43 years of age, and a former resident of Flagler County, died at his home in Daytona Beach early Tuesday morning after a 1ong period of illness.

Mr. Cobb was the son of T. J. Cobb, prominent farmer of the Bimini section, he having come to Flagler County from Gainesville, Ga., a number of years ago with his father. During the years of 1925 and 1926 the son was actively engaged in the real estate business here. Shortly thereafter he moved to Daytona Beach where he engaged in the same business until his death.

Mr. Cobb is survived by his widow, Mrs. Carrie Cobb and two children, Rosetta and Tyrus. Also by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Cobb; five brothers, Thomas, Edward, Hoke and William, all of Bunnell, and two sisters, Mrs. A. C. Crow of Macon, Ga., and Mrs. Guy Staten of Clermont, Ga.

Funeral services were held in the Bingham-Maley Mortuary with Rev. H. F. Loomis, pastor of the First Baptist church of Daytona Beach officiating. The body was brought here Wednesday afternoon and was buried in the Espanola cemetery.
