Thomas W. Cobb, son of Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Cobb of Bunnell, died Sunday morning at his home in Jacksonville following an illness of several months.

Mr. Cobb, who was 64 years of age, was a native of Gainesville, Ga. and had resided here since 1923 until going to Jacksonville about four years ago to live. .

While here, he engaged in the farming business and in Jacksonville, he was engaged in the produce business. He was a disabled veteran of World War I and a member of the American Legion. He had been a patient in the Veterans Hospital in Lake City for about four months, returning to his home in Jacksonville about two weeks ago.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ora Cobb, Jacksonville; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Cobb, Bunnell; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Crow, Ft. Myers, and Mrs. Ruby Staten, Gainesville, Ga.; four brothers, Hoke S. Cobb, William Cobb, and Ed Cobb of Bunnell, and Hugh Cobb of Weatherford, Texas.

Funeral services were held from the First Baptist Church of Bunnell at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning, with Rev. E. W. Ware officiating. Following the service the body was carried to Gainesville, Ga. for burial. Arrangements were under the direction of Garcia Funeral Home in St. Augustine.

Pallbearers were Dean Holland, Raymond Smith, Cordell Robertson, William Deen, Mike Steflik and Travis Chambers.
