Loyd Criss, 50, of 1303 S. Daytona Ave., Flagler Beach, died apparently of a heart attack, Tuesday afternoon at Bunnell General Hospital.

Mr. Criss was manager of Anderson’s Supermarket on Moody Boulevard in Flagler Beach.

He was born in Daytona Beach and moved from there to Flagler Beach five years ago. He was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors are his wife, Ruth; mother, Blanche Yerrick of Daytona Beach; four daughters. Miss Stephanie Criss of Flagler Beach; Mrs. Peggy Harvey of Santa Barbara, Calif., Mrs. Sharon Biddle of Jacksonville; and Mrs. Sarah Dye of Durham, SC; two sons, David McGinnis of Columbia, S. C. and Stephen McGinnis of Berlin, Germany; two brothers, Bob Criss of Deltona and Louis Criss of South Daytona Beach, and five grandchildren.

Funeral and burial arrangements were incomplete at press time. Craig Funeral Home in Bunnell is in charge.
