Jesse R. Denton, 72, 25 Ocean Pa1m Drive, Flagler Beach, died Thursday, Sept. 9 at Bunnell General Hospital following an extended illness.

A native of Canton, N.C., he was a retired paper mill employee, and was a member of the Baptist Church. He is survived by one daughter.

Funeral services were held in Winchester with Craig Funeral Home, Bunnell, in charge
