W. J. Dugan, formerly a resident of Flagler Beach, died suddenly in Lownsboro, Ala., Friday afternoon, his death resulted, apparently, from a heart attack.

Mr. Dugan had been employed for several years by the Hooper Construction Company of this place, and was superintendent of a highway construction job at Lownsboro when he died.

He is survived by his widow and two children.
