Thelma M. Fulk, 52, Rt. 1, Bnnell, passed away May 5 at Bunnell General Hospital.

Born in Carter City, Ky., she moved to Bunnell two years ago from there.

She is survived by her husband, Leroy, Bunnell; and one son, Kenneth Fulk, Wheelsburg, OH.

Funeral services were at Columbus, Ohio. Craig Funeral Home, Bunnell, was in charge of local arrangements.
