Mrs. Julia Eva Jaszczak, of Korona and Chicago, Illinois, died in a Chicago Hospital on February 16, according to word received here this week.

Mrs. Jaszczak was born in Carniva, Penn., and her family moved to a Wisconsin farm when she was small. Her mar­ried life was spent in Chicago, Ill., and Korona, Florida.

Funeral services were held at two o'clock Thursday afternoon, February 19 in Chicago.

Survivors are her husband, Jacob; two daughters, Mrs. Genevive Wlos, Chicago Heights; and Mrs. Florence Dunson, Crete, Ill; four sons, Steve Jaszczak of Chicago, Ill.; Raymond Jaszczak, U. S. Army, Donald and Ronald Jaszczak of Korona, Florida; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Klesweski and Mrs. Lena Uniejeski of Chicago. Four brothers, Alex, Stanley, Adolph and Adam Gudorwicz of Chicago.

A Requiem High Mass was held in St. Joseph's Church in Chicago Heights, Illinois, at 10 o'clock the morning of February 19 for Mrs. Julia Jaszczak who died on February 16. Father Adam Krokas officiated.

Interment followed at Cavalry Cemetery, Chicago Heights.
