Word has been received of the death of Sade Guthrie, 81, who died Sunday in Palatka. He was the father of Mrs. Betty Logan of Flagler Beach.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Shiloh Baptist Church at Green Cove Springs.

He is survived by a son, Claude, Green Cove Springs; 3 daughters, Mrs. Lucille Stanley, Green Cove Springs; Mrs. Logan, Flagler Beach; and Mrs. Bertha Forsyth, Palatka; a brother, M. D., Palatka; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Hunter, Plant City; 17 grandchildren; and 44 great-grandchildren.
