Edwin Hance, who has made his home here for a number of years with his son, C. D. Hance, died early Friday morning after a long illness.

The body was prepared for burial by the Carl Davis undertaking establishment of Palatka, and funeral services and burial were conducted by the local Masonic lodge Sunday afternoon at the Espanola Cemetery where a large number of friends of deceased and family attended.

Surviving the deceased are three sons, C. D. Hance of Bunnell and two sons residing in New Jersey, and one daughter, Mrs. John Crow, of Daytona Beach.
