Laura E. Heed died Monday at Bowman’s Care Center in Ormond Beach. Mrs. Heed was 104 years old and was to celebrate her 105th birthday Jan. 23.

She moved to Flagler County with her daughter in 1969 from Philadelphia and resided in Flagler Beach prior to moving to Bowman’s Care in Ormond Beach.

Mrs. Heed is survived by her daughter, Sybilla Olander of Flagler Beach.

Funeral services will be held in Philadelphia and Craig Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
