John Murray Helfrich, resident of Flagler Beach died in a Daytona Beach hospital last Saturday following a heart attack.

Helfrich was a native of Macon, Georgia, but for the past 10 years had been employed by the Empire Electric Co. of Atlanta where he lived until moving to Flagler Beach a year ago where he had built a new home.

Surviving are his wife, and his mother, Mrs. Edna Helfrich of Savannah, Ga.

The body was taken to Savannah for burial, accompanied by the widow and her father, Robert Crawford of Savannah.
