Owen S. Heriot, 64, of 15 Fleetwood Dr., Palm Coast, died Saturday in Community Hospital of Bunnell.

A retired general service officer for the federal government and a native of Pensacola, he came here two years ago from Washington, D.C.

Mr. Heriot was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church, served in the Army during World War II and was a past commander of VFW Post 177 in Fairfax, Va.

He is survived by his wife, Jean, and two daughters.

Arrangements were by the Craig Funeral Home of Bunnell.
