T. A. Herrington received a wire from New York on Tuesday evening stating that his brother, Merritt Herrington, had passed away.

Merritt Herrington was the younger brother of T. A. Herrington and was living in Archdale, N.Y. at the time of his death. His health has been poor during the winter and his daughter, Mrs. Maud Snell, who has been one of the Flagler Beach instructors, arrived home in time to be with her father during his last days. Mrs. Herring, a son David, and Mrs. Snell are the immediate relatives who survive.

T. A. Herrington will not leave for the north at present.
