In a nine hour period, 9:30 a. m. to 6:30 p. m. Sunday, there were seven, automobile accidents in Flagler County. Two on U. S. Highway 1 south, two on Highway 100 west, and three on Highway 11. Two were killed in a wreck on Highway 11 about 7 miles west of Bunnell. Minor injuries were reported from other accidents.

Miss Grace Nipper, 49, of Jacksonville was killed instantly about 11:30 Sunday morning. Eugene Hobbs, about 50, fatally injured in the wreck died about one hour later in the local hospital from Coronary Shock. He was from St. Cloud, Florida.

Miss Nipper heading west, was reported to have lost control of her car and broad slid into the Hobbs car driven by David Hobbs. Listed in fair condition in the Bunnell General Hospital was Mrs. Gertrude Hobbs. She was reported to have received internal injuries.

Craig Funeral Home of Bunnell was in charge of local arrangements. The body of Miss Nipper was sent to Jacksonville and the body of Mr. Hobbs was sent to St. Cloud.

It was reported to be the eleventh traffic fatality on Highway 11 during 1965.
