Surviving relatives include six children: T. E. Jr., of Bunnell; Mrs. H. E. Merriday, Miss Myrtle K. Holden, Gilbert M. Holden, and Clarence H. Holden of Palatka and H. S. Holden of Jacksonville.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock from St. Mark's Episcopal Church, of which the deceased had long been a member. Rev. Francis B. Wakefield had charge of the service at the church while the Palatka lodge Knights of Pythias had charge of the services at the grave.
