Funeral services for Thomas Edward Hopkins were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the chapel of Craig Funeral Rome in Bunnell. Rev. W. L. Spicer, Jr., pastor of the Bunnell Methodist Church, officiated.
Mr. Hopkins resided in the Atesia Park Subdivision on North AlA. He passed away in the local hospital after a brief illness. He had been a winter visitor to this area for the past 14 years and moved there two and a half months ago to make his permanent home.
He came from Elizabeth, N. J. He was a retired tool and die maker with the Service Machine Co. there. He was 61 years old.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mildred Hopkins; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Lipp, Rahway, N. J.; and Mrs. Florence Ziehl, Elizabeth, N. J.; and two brothers, Richard Hopkins, Scotch Plains, N. J.; and Dallas Hopkins, Roselle, N. J.
