Mary R. Hughes, known as Alba, who lived at 8 Cerrudo Lane, Palm Coast, died recently at the age of 73. Cause of death was apparently a heart attack.

Mrs. Hughes moved to Palm Coast eight years ago. She is a native of Baltimore.

She and her husband Harry, have been married 51 years. She was a member of the Altar Guild of St. Mark by the Sea Lutheran Church. She was buried last week in Memorial Park, Ormond Beach.
