Henry Perry Hunt of Orange Mill, stepfather of Mrs. Curtis Deen, passed away early Sunday morning at his home on the St. Johns River.

Funeral services were held at the graveside in the Mineola Cemetery, Florida, Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock.

Mr. Hunt had resided in Orange Mill since 1945. He was a first lieutenant in World War I, and was a coal miner in Kentucky before coming to Orange Mill.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Margaret B. Hunt, Orange Mill; a step-daughter, Mrs. Curtis Deen of Bunnell. Also surviving are three stepsons, one sister and three brothers.

Johnson-Davis Funeral Home of Palatka was in charge of arrangements.
