Frank L. Hutcheson was instantly killed Sunday morning when a truck which he was driving was said to have been struck by another truck on State Road No.4 three miles south of here.

Several other occupants of the truck at the time of the accident were uninjured.

The other truck figuring in the accident did not stop, but was caught by officers in Jacksonville a few hours later, Albert Quilling of Orlando being the driver, local officers said. He was returned to Bunnell and placed in jail after a preliminary hearing bond being set at $5000, which the defendant failed to make.

Surviving Hutcheson is his widow, one son, his father of Bunnell, four sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services were held Tuesday morning from the local Baptist church with Rev. John S. Taylor in charge.

The body was buried in Espanola Cemetery.
