Charles W. Kline, a resident of Flagler Beach for the past nine years, died at his home there early Saturday morning.

Mr. Kline, 77, was a retired contractor and builder of Belvedere, N. J., and was a member of the Methodist Church there.

Funeral services were held at 11 o'clock Tuesday morning at Haigh and Brooks Chapel in Daytona Beach, with Rev. Jack Davis, pastor of the Community Methodist Church of Daytona Beach, officiating. Burial followed at Shady Rest Cemetery in Daytona Beach.

Survivors include his wife, Emma C. Kline; two daughters, Mrs. Minnie Prichard, Phillipsburg, N. J., and Mary Kline, Camden, N. J.; four sisters, Mrs. William Cole, Mrs. Louise Lusk and Mrs. Gertrude Hilden, all of Phillipsburg, and Mrs. William Roth, Scranton, Pa., and a grandson. .

Active pallbearers were David Spivey, Gene Spivey, E. M. Spivey, Marcus Chalfinch, Bernie Egle, and Walter Bennett.
