Mrs. Helen A. Kozlowski, 70, 390 Palm Circle, Flagler Beach, died Thursday at her home after a lengthy illness.

Born in Pittsburgh, Pa. she moved to Flagler Beach 1 year ago from Lima, Ohio.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Miss Helen Kozlowski, Flagler Beach, Mrs. Margaret Rohrs, Malinto, Ohio; 2 sons, Bernard Kozlowski, Flagler Beach; and Leonard Kozlowski, Lima Ohio.

Funeral services were at Lima, Ohio. Craig Funeral Home, Bunnell, was in charge of local arrangements.
