Word was received this week in Korona by B. Trojan advising of the death of Powel Kurdziel which occurred at his home in Cleveland, Ohio last week.

Mr. Kurdziel was owner of the Polish Daily News in Cleveland, and a director of the Polish National Alliance in Chicago. He also was a member of the Polish Association at Korona.

Mr. and Mrs. Kurdziel have spent the past eight winters at Flagler Beach. During their visits they have made many friends there and at Korona who will regret to learn of Mr. Kurdziel's death.
