Mrs. Frances Stanich of Bun­nell passed away Wednesday morning in the local hospital after a brief illness. She was the widow of the late Joseph Stanich of Bunnell.

Mrs. Stanich was born in Fiume, Austria, in 1876, and came to the United States in 1904. They lived in Herminie, Pa., until 1922 when they came to Bunnell. She was a member of the Catholic Church.

Mrs. Stanich is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Powell of Pensacola, Florida; five sons, Paul Stanich of St. Augustine; Albert Stanich of Mansfield, Ohio; Orby Stanich of  U. S. Naval Weapons Station in Yorktown, Va.; Johnny Stanich of Sanford and P. J. Stanich of Bunnell. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held from St. Stephens Catholic Church at 10 o'clock Saturday morning with Father Vincent Smith saying Mass.

The Rosary will be said at 8 o'clock Friday evening at the Craig Funeral Home of Bunnell.

Interment will be made at the San Lorenzo Cemetery in St. Augustine.
