Henry Spencer Lisk, a resident of Florida and Flagler Beach for the past 5 years, died at Flagler Beach Tuesday after a long illness.

Mr. Lisk, who was 69 years old, was born in New York, and he and Mrs. Lisk have been spending the winter for a number of years at Flagler Beach, taking an apartment on 11th St., this season.

W. Carl Davis Funeral Home of Palatka is in charge of arrangements with burial in Troy, New York.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Edith Lisk, Flagler Beach, and a sister, Mrs. Grace Raymond of Amarillo, Texas.
