Walter L. Masemore of Connecticut Ave., Flagler Beach, died at the Flagler Clinic and Hospital here early Thursday morning following an illness of several weeks.

Mr. Masemore had lived in Flagler Beach for the past eight years, going there from Westminster, Md. He was born in Altoona, Pa., and was a member of the Bunnell Masonic Lodge No. 200. He was 51 years of age. He was employed as a miller at the Lehigh Portland Cement Co. plant.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Irene Masemore of Flagler Beach; two daughters, Mrs. Lavonne Wilson of Bunnell, and Mrs. John Sipes of Westminster, Md.; his mother, Mrs. Aura Masemore of Winona Lake, Ind.; a sister, Miss Ruth Masemore, Winona Lake; two brothers, Orville Masemore of Schererville, Ind., and Charles Masemore of Perryville, Ohio. Also surviving are five grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 10 o'clock Monday morning from the First Methodist Church of Bunnell with the pastor, Rev. W. L. Spicer, Jr., officiating. Interment followed at Bellevue Memorial Cemetery in Daytona Beach. Graveside Masonic Rites were conducted.

Craig Funeral Home of Bunnell was in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Howard Lerch, Ray Lehr, Keith Lovell, Rufus Miller, Howard Hoff, and Joe Bruce.
