Two young men, 18 to 20 years of age, were found dead lying near a ditch along US Highway 1 about 10 miles South of Bunnell Wednesday morning. The bodies were discovered at 11:00 a. m.

The dead youths were believed to have been slain elsewhere and the bodies dumped at the site late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. At press time both bodies were unidentified and the investigation was incomplete.

Suspects are being sought for questioning in connection with the deaths of two boys whose bodies were found in a ditch 6 miles south of Bunnell at Favorita a week ago. One of the teenagers found shot to death has been identified as Daniel Shultz, 18, Bloomfield, Ind. The other youth was identified as James Stephen Moore, 18, San Anselmo, Calif.

The bullet riddled bodies found Wednesday morning carried no identification. According to Sheriff P. A. Edmonson, Shultz was traced to Indiana through a high school class ring from "Eastern High School". A clue to the final identity of Moore came from a hand-printed name on a sleeping bag found near the victims.

When found Shultz had been shot once in the head with a 25 caliber and Moore had been shot twice in the face and once in the head with a 38 caliber, Sheriff Edmonson said.

One suspect, Kit Hayden, has been picked up and is being held in Baton Rouge, La. awaiting extradition. Another suspect, Norman Garrett is still being sought and was last reported to have been in Nashville, Tenn.

Sheriff Edmonson said the F. B. I. is assisting the local authorities with the investigation.
