Richard R. (Dick) Mosby, 82, of 208 Central Ave., Flagler Beach, died Saturday in Bunnell Community Hospital.

He was a retired city judge and city commissioner in Flagler Beach.

Born in Cass County, Mo., he came to this area 69 years ago from Idaho. He was the former owner and operator of the Mosby Apartments, a well-known cast net weaver, volunteer firemen and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Survivors include his widow, Mariel; a daughter, Patricia Davis; three sisters, Nellie Lammey of Holly Hill, and Fannie Mosby and Elizabeth Garren, both of Ocoee, and two grandchildren.

Craig Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
