Graveside funeral services for Charles K. Muzyka were held at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning at Espanola Cemetery. Officiating was Rev. Thomas Pinner, Jr., of the First Baptist Church. He was assisted by Rev. W. L. Spicer, Jr., of the First Methodist Church. Mr. Muzyka passed away early Friday morning at the University of Florida Teaching Hospital after a long illness.

He was born in Austria and came to the United States when he was a young man. He resided in Detroit before coming to Flagler County about 50 years ago. He was a salesman and was 74 years of age.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Jessie Muzyka of Bunnell; five daughters, Miss Zena Muzyka, Miss Marie Muzyka, Mrs. Margaret Clegg, all of Bunnell; Mrs. Ann Hunter of Espanola and Mrs. Betty Hawkins of San Mateo; three step-daughters, Mrs. Pearl Blakely, Mrs. Pauline Lovelace and Mrs. Louise Cantrell, all of Bunnell; one son, C. H. Muzyka of Houston, Texas, and one step-son, Paul Forsyth of East Palatka. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Active pallbearers were Homer Brooks, C. B. Eisenbach, Clyde Lewis, Herschel King, T. K. McKnight, D. D. Moody, Raymond Smith, and A. M. McDaniel.

Serving as honorary pallbearers were his sons-in-law. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Craig Funeral Home.
