Mrs. Flocill Rader, former winter resident of Flagler Beach, passed away Sunday at Big Rapids, Michigan. She had been a winter resident of Flagler Beach for the past 13 years.

Funeral services were held at the Vail Funeral Home in Big Rapids on Wednesday.
