Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Julia Rigby, 70, a resident of Flagler Beach.  Mrs. Rigby, a native of Durham County, England, died Friday in Wilmington Medical Center, Wilmington, Del.
           
She is survived by two daughters;  one son;  four brothers and a sister. Services and burial were in Detroit, Mich.
