Domenick M. Rizzuto, 65, Hammock area, died Monday, Sept. 6, of an apparent heart attack.

Born in New York, he moved to Flagler County four years ago from Long Island. He was a retired attendant for Central Islip State Hospital.

Survivors include one son and one daughter.

Funeral services were held at Farmingdale, N. Y. Craig Funeral Home, Bunnell in charge of local arrangements.
