Mrs. Lonnie Mae Spearman and Mrs. Maybelle Grant, residents of Bunnell were killed in an auto crash on Highway 92 near DeLand Friday afternoon.

L. R. Davis, principal of a Volusia County school, driver of the second car received injuries and was hospitalized.

The third car, which was trying to pass Davis apparently, struck the side of the Bunnell women's car causing it to be thrown out of control and thereby causing it to swerve into the path of the Davis car.
