Rev. W. L. Spicer, Jr., pastor of the Bunnell Methodist Church, was called to Bristol, Va., Thursday to attend his grandmother's funeral, Mrs. J. W. Spicer.
Mrs. Spicer has been in failing health for several years and broke her hip recently. She was 90 years of age.
Funeral services were held in Bristol Saturday morning.
She is survived by five sons, several grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
