Albert T. Stephens of Flagler Beach died late Saturday afternoon from a heart attack at the local hospital. He suffered the attack at his home in Flagler Beach and was admitted to the hospital where he died a short time after.

Mr. Stephens was a resident of Flagler Beach where he was an electrical contractor. He was a Spanish-American War Veteran. He came to Flagler County 11 years ago from Indianapolis. He was 76 years of age.

Survivors include his step-mother, Mrs. Allie of Palatka; three daughters, Mrs. Gloria Hart, Indianapolis; Mrs. Georgianna DeSiesta and Mrs. Ethel Sapp of Jacksonville; one son, Louis of San Diego, Calif.; two half-sisters, Helen Wycoff, Palatka and Mrs. Annie Haley of Indian Rocks, Fla.; one half-brother, Glenn, of East Palatka.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Peniel Baptist Church with Rev. John Strickland officiating. Burial followed in Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery in Jacksonville. Masters Funeral Home of Palatka was in charge of arrangements.
