E. F. Warner, former resident of Flagler County, died in Menlo Park, Calif., Sunday night at the home of a daughter.

Mr. Warner, who was 79 years old, was a pioneer resident and developer of this county. He organized the St. Johns Development Co. in 1908 and developed what is known as St. Johns Park community. He was representative in the legislature from this county in 1931.

Surviving are his wife, and, two daughters, Mrs. J. L. Williams, Menlo Park, Calif.; Mrs. Robert Howard, Los Angeles, and one son, Charles H. Warner of Daytona Beach.
