Mrs. Ida Tolar of Gordon, Alabama, sister of Louis M. Whitaker of Bunnell, passed away Friday night at a Winter Haven, Florida, hospital after a short illness. She was visiting in Winter Haven when she became ill. She was 78 years of age. Funeral services were held in Gordon Monday.

Survivors include her husband, Isham Tolar of Gordon; eight chi1dren; one sister, and two brothers.
