J. B. White, 62-year-old resident of the St. Johns Park section, died Tuesday morning at 12:30 after an illness of only a few days.

Mr. White was born in. Axon, Georgia, but had lived here for the past eight years, coming to Flagler County from Oviedo, Florida.

Mr. White is survived by his widow, one daughter, Mrs. John Rice, three sons, Fred and Spencer, all of' whom are residents of Bunnell, and Gains, White of New York City. Also two sisters, Mrs. Vess Brooker, of Axson, Ga., and Mrs. Bell Brooker of Moorehaven, and three brothers, Oliver, of Axson; Louis of Pierson; and W. W. of Pritchardville, S. C., and one grandson, Joe White, of Bunnell.

Funeral services were held at the home of his son, Fred White, here Wednesday afternoon at 3:15 with Rev. J. S. Taylor, pastor of the local Baptist church, officiating and burial was held at Espanola Cemetery.

Pall bearers were: Z. G. Holland, Ed Johnson, R. T. Hamilton, Z.E. Booe, F. L. Byrd, and E. F. Warner.
