THE FLAGLER TRIBUNE

Charles E. Thorn, of Stuart, Monday advised authorities in St. Augustine that the man killed in an automobile accident near here early Saturday morning was B. M. Williams, of Atlanta, and not Mr. Thorn. The error occurred from the fact that when a coroner’s Jury from Bunnell investigated the case papers found on the dead man indicated that he was Mr. Thorn. The other occupant of the wrecked car was unconscious and no information could be obtained from him

Williams was in Thorn's employ and was driving W. K. Parks, a friend, to Jacksonville, on business when the accident occurred.

Parks remains in a. serious condition in a hospital in St. Augustine yet from injuries received when the car in which he and Williams were riding struck a truck on the Dixie Highway near here.
